About The Job
The Director of HR and Corporate Services is at the heart of the business. Taking a lead on the HR, Risk, Legal and Compliance functions, this role is responsible for all internal operations, and also supports central functions.
A strong part of our culture is local accountability and as such this role will enable others to make decisions, devolving appropriate responsibilities on areas such as HR, procurement, contract management and facilities to other parts of the organisation while taking a strategic overview.
This is a new role where the postholder will have scope to review and update responsibilities, in conjunction with the CEO, to ensure the function works across the organisation.
The Director of HR and Corporate Services shares key leadership behaviours and accountabilities with the rest of the Leadership Team, while focusing on specific areas responsibility.

Changeworks has over 35 years’ experience in delivering high impact solutions for low-carbon living. We work collaboratively with partners, organisations and householders to drive transformation in energy efficiency and to tackle fuel poverty. An opportunity for a Senior Consultant has come up in our busy and growing consultancy team.
This role is based within our Consultancy Team and will report to the Principal Consultant. The team work across the sustainability agenda for internal and external clients. They specialise in energy efficiency, heat decarbonisation and renewables in the built environment, fuel poverty and pro-environmental behaviour change. As Senior Consultant you will grow Changeworks involvement in the low carbon energy transition, making a telling strategic contribution and developing and delivering related service, project and business opportunities.
You will develop and deliver services that build on building data analysis and incorporate best practice in energy efficiency retrofit, low carbon heat and wider energy systems to decarbonise homes. Identifying and developing business opportunities and securing work for Changeworks and the Consultancy team will be a key aspect of this role.
Using your project management skills you will manage the delivery of high quality services and projects. You will allocate work, lead, oversee, monitor and sign off on the work of the team. You will manage projects, ensuring they achieve their aims and objectives and are delivered on time and to budget.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience delivering in a relevant professional and/or project management role. Experience of working in a relevant environment is also essential (e.g. academic, business, technology or community).

With support and investment from the National Lottery Community Fund the Westfield Park Community Centre (WPCC) (SCIO) Board of Trustees is now recruiting for a Centre Manager to take forward WPCC’s engagement with the community and local partners and support the development of a programme of events to meet the needs of the local community.
The position is 28 hours per week, with a degree of flexibility and incorporating occasional evening and weekend work. Salary is £30,000 per annum, pro rata. While the post is initially a fixed contract of 12 months it is anticipated future funding for the post will be secured.
The Centre Manager will oversee the day to day management and smooth running of WPCC, ensuring that WPCC is a vibrant, welcoming and well managed facility that operates for the benefit of the local community and the residents of the Falkirk District area. The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre Perth & Kinross are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
This post will be responsible for the operational management of RASAC P&K Services and deputising for the Chief Executive Officer when required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dedicated team, providing a range of Support, Prevention and Advocacy services for survivors of sexual violence living in Perth & Kinross. The post holder will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors to lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of existing and new services. The post will also involve working with a range of stakeholders to improve the identification of, and responses to, sexual violence. This will include applying and reporting to a variety of funders as required.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative in their approach, has excellent inter-personal skills and is able to adapt quickly to change. A commitment to a feminist analysis of gender -based violence is essential, alongside a minimum of 2 years management/leadership experience. Current or former experience of working in the Violence Against Women sector is desirable.
Funding for this position is indicative to the end of March 2025. RASAC P&K will endeavour to secure ongoing funding beyond this date.

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for securing registration with the Care Inspectorate and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering stakeholder engagement.
Your journey begins with supporting the development of our brand-new service in Alford, West Aberdeenshire. From recruiting staff to preparing for the grand opening, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of addiction recovery in Scotland.
You will be supported and guided by the Operations Lead for the North East Scotland and you will provide leadership and management to deputy managers (who in turn will manage the staff teams) and a nurse. This role is the figurehead of the service on-site, and balances the ongoing service provision with regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Phase one of the role will involve supporting the Operations Lead and wider colleagues with the development of a brand-new service on the site, in the village of Alford, Aberdeenshire. Contractors are currently undertaking a 26-week building programme to bring the property up to specification and readiness to open. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for the ongoing development of the service to meet resident and stakeholder needs
You will lead on the implementation of the programme, plus the recruitment of the staff team, and preparing the service for opening, with the support of experienced internal teams across the charity.

Objectives
The Scottish Railway Preservation Society (SRPS) owns the Museum of Scottish Railways and the Bo’ness and Kinneil Railway and manages the core collection that has been Recognised as being of National Significance through the Scottish Government’s Recognition Scheme. Most of the collection is owned by the Scottish Railway Museum Collections Trust (SRMCT) and SRPS manages it on behalf of the owner. Visitors to the Bo’ness and Kinneil Railway can see parts of the collection and other rolling stock in operation on the railway and visit the Museum of Scottish Railways.
The post holder will work with our collection to enhance continually its presentation, documentation, storage and use of a searchable online collections database. There will also be a requirement to work closely with the Board and with a team of volunteers. The post will be supervised by an appropriate member of the Board of the SRPS.
