CrossReach delivers a diverse range of services to more than 2,500 children, young people and their families every day. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud of our approach and our record.  Some of our services have been amongst the first of their kind and have even shaped policy and practice at national level.

We aim to reach out to more children and families in need across Scotland as we make a positive difference to their lives through a range of exciting new initiatives.  So it’s the perfect time to join us, lead this ambitious specialist team and steer its future strategic direction.  Reporting to the Chief Executive, it’s a high-profile role that will see you promote high quality performance and customer service, build strong working relationships with stakeholders and explore partnership networking opportunities.

With a social work or relevant qualification, you’ll bring significant strategic and operational management experience at senior level. You should also have the proven ability to plan, develop and implement new initiatives, with a focus on integrated working.

In return we offer an excellent benefits package including car, employer contributory pension and generous holiday allowance.

Applicants are required to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. These posts are subject to PVG Membership.
