We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for quality and a desire to help us express the impact and outcomes of our work.

With a sound understanding of social care and a commitment to Self-directed support you will play a pivotal role in contributing to and supporting quality and workforce initiatives which promote continual improvement and meet regulatory requirements. You will assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of information relating to Health and Social Care Standards and contribute to the achievement of our workforce qualifications strategy.

Highly organised and able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will relish balancing the need for the ongoing maintenance of systems and processes, while working to time limited activities as and when they arise. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to support managers at both an operational and strategic level.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our ICT support teams based in our Glasgow offices. Working part-time, 5 days a week, you will be part of a team delivering high quality, responsive ICT support to our workforce. Your main activity will be to operate as a first point of contact for a ‘helpdesk’ service, you will be expected to handle concurrent support calls and to prioritise these appropriately.

If you have either an HNC or equivalent computing qualification, or a minimum of one year’s experience in working in an IT focused support environment we’d love to hear from you.

Community Development Worker (SDS)

The Advisory Group is an independent charity, promoting the rights of people with disabilities.

Thanks to a Scottish Government grant we are looking to appoint a Development Worker to promote and support people to access Self-Directed Support across Stirling and Clackmannanshire.

This is a full time post (35 hours per week), funded until March 2021.

This exciting initiative will work closely with people who use support services, their families, support providers and the local HSCP to:

· Explore the options of SDS

· Explore what’s available in the wider community

· Develop sustainable initiatives that are accessible to all

· Forge partnership working across the area

Have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours and either hold a valid current driving licence or be able to make alternative arrangements.
