Grampian Women’s Aid (GWA) has delivered domestic abuse services across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire for 40 years. We aim to provide an outstanding level of specialist service provision to support the needs of women, children and young people who have experienced, or are presently experiencing domestic abuse.

We are looking for an experienced Manager who is committed to ensuring the delivery of high quality services to women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the implementation of Grampian Women’s Aid Strategic Plan in conjunction with the Board of Trustees and the staff team.

Applicants should have management experience within a senior role, have an understanding of the causes and effects of domestic abuse and be committed to working towards a society free from abuse.
