Leader, or boss?
How’s your management style? Tell or show? Fast talker or ready listener? Know it all or ready to admit when you’ve made a mistake? Stress head or level-headed? True leaders are in a different class from the common or garden boss variety and we want the former, not the latter for this top notch role. After all, you’ll be responsible for the overall operation, performance and service delivery of Europe’s largest indoor climbing arena. Leading from the front as you maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of your colleagues and stakeholders. So if you have strong operations management experience in the sport & leisure or adventure sectors, climb aboard and make a difference.
Make people smile.
And vice versa.
WANT TO HAVE A GREAT DAY every day? This job’s for you – delivering physical activity classes for people who need a little help getting back on their feet. It’s a win-win for everybody. Your participants will be delighted to see you as your impact on them will be, quite literally, life changing. And the smiles that you bring to their faces will really make your job worth-while. So if you are an empathetic people person with an outgoing personality, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need to have a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification and be willing to train to Level 4. Older adult experience will be a big plus. So go on, make somebody’s day. And make your own at the same time.
