About Glasgow Services

Our Community Living Services in Glasgow and the surrounding areas support individuals with all aspects of their daily living.

It is an exciting time for us as we explore ways to develop our relationships with our people and we are looking for staff to be part of the team.

This may mean flexibility in terms of location, focus, and deployment, including the willingness to work flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or overnight.

Why work for Capability Scotland?

Our staff have said they not only like their work but have fun doing it - they work closely with our service users to support and enable people to take part in meaningful activities like arts, sports, crafts, digital work, as well as assisting them with daily life in and around the community, including personal care and support for their general welfare.

You'll also assist our customers with some physical work, including pushing wheelchairs or helping them move around when needed. As well as a generous annual leave entitlement, we're also paying £9.10 an hour plus fully paid training, and colleagues who enjoy being at their work, what have you got to lose?

Please note that due to the requrements of our customers, we welcome applications from female candidates only. This post will be based in Howwood, Renfrewshire.
