FAGCC is an innovative and exciting Community Company, undertaking a wide range of community based activity – from building our own medical centre to our apprenticeship programme that supports local young people, through to the soon to be completed house build of 12 homes for affordable rent. We are now looking for an experienced Chief Officer for our Community Company to replace our current post holder to help drive the company forward.
If you have a ‘can do’ attitude to your job and have experience of leading and managing community based organisations this is a great opportunity. The role is varied with no 2 days the same. We want someone who can work on a wide range of different activity, is willing to adapt previous experience to new projects – and key is that you will work well with a wide range of people.
Role: You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the organisation, its people and its physical assets, including its long term financial viability – but you will also be hands on and not scared to get your hands dirty if and when needed.
This is a full time, permanent post based in our office in Fort Augustus. The post holder is expected to be office based a minimum of 3 days a week or as allowed under Covid Rules.
