We have an exciting part-time role for an experienced Finance & Resources Manager to help make a difference for young people. Flexibility, multi-tasking and a common-sense approach are required.
FOTA’s aim is to provide all children and young people in Edinburgh and the Lothians, irrespective of their background or life challenges, with the opportunity to build their self-belief, establish healthy life-styles, and gain new skills and qualifications to help their future prospects through involvement in structured accredited learning programmes - the Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) and Junior Award Scheme for Schools (JASS).
We now have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced strategic thinker to join this small team in making a difference to this wide range of young people.

• Mentor and collaborate with the young people to enable them to participate in DofE as a means of bridging the transition from CAMHS specialist mental health services to reintegration into the community.
• Support young people to choose and engage in meaningful activities, to help them cope with or recover from the effects of poor mental health and lead fulfilling lives.
