Live Borders is the culture, sport and leisure trust for the Scottish Borders. At the heart of our work is a commitment to make our communities healthier, happier and stronger. We offer residents and visitors to the Scottish Borders a wealth of services that inspire positive lifestyle choices, through the use of our libraries, sports centres and facilities, museums, galleries and archives, country park, cinema, town halls and community centres. Our teams work across a whole host of disciplines, from health referrals to Triathlons, live music events to live streaming at our cinema, exhibitions to school holiday activity camps, and more. As a charity, every penny you spend with us is reinvested into supporting active, creative and healthy communities in the Scottish Borders.

Senior Creative Communities and Funding Officer

Live Borders has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to become the Senior Creative Communities & Funding Officer. Managing a small, but dynamic team, we are looking for someone who has experience of securing funding from public, private and / or independent sources.

Be part of a team managing relationships and communications with key partners, stakeholders and funders in the creative sector; championing the role of culture and creativity; demonstrating the positive impacts to customers, participants and the wider community. You will work collaboratively across our organisation and with proven project management experience in the cultural sector. This is a role for someone who is forward thinking and can build on our existing programmes of work.
