About You
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience in using person centred planning techniques in addition to delivering and leading excellent support practices.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the people we support, staff teams, families and external care professionals.
• Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies and risk assessments whilst managing individual budgets.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working under pressure.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced digital project manager to help the organisation to develop, evolve and implement our innovative and ambitious digital strategy.
Reporting to our Executive Team and working alongside our existing Digital and Information Systems teams, the post-holder will work cross-organisationally to understand current and potential digital requirements, developing plans for the future and project managing implementation.

We have an exciting opportunity in our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service for an experienced Lead Practitioner. We offer either a full time role has the flexibility to work mainly Monday to Friday 9 to 5 there may be occasions where our service users require support out with these hours.
About Us
Turning Point Scotland is the biggest provider of services to people experiencing or at risk of Homelessness across Scotland, delivering support to around 2000 individuals on any given day, 4500 per year.
We believe that in many cases, Homelessness is entirely preventable. Where Homelessness is not or cannot be, prevented the experience should be brief and non-recurring.
We provide support to people who are;
• Experiencing Homelessness

Our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service provides Housing Support to people who are at risk of becoming homeless, who are homeless or who have recently experienced homelessness to move to or keep settled accommodation and gain independent living skills. Your role as our Lead Practitioner will consist of 2 elements, Visiting Housing Support and Preventative Support.

Our team works flexibly with families covering debt, financial wellbeing and we are about to develop a fuller approach to energy advice with the creation of 2 energy lead posts. As one of our Senior advisors, you will lead and support our advice delivery. Providing support and supervision to our Money Advisors and offering advice to colleagues across the organisation. We are looking of someone that has good experience and knowledge in money advice and who is creative and able to support our team ad develop our financial wellbeing support for children and families across Scotland.
