Our rate of pay is £8.75 per hour with increased pay rates over our public holidays.
There are up to 28 days paid holidays and mileage is paid for your travel between clients.

Experience in providing care is a significant advantage, however, full training will be delivered to applicants who are able to demonstrate they possess the right personal qualities.

It is an advantage to be a car owner with a full driving license but non-drivers will be considered.
Working within our friendly team you will be undertaking a number of duties which include the following:
• Assisting clients to get dressed
• Personal Care
• Meal Preparation
• Assisting with bedtime routine and getting clients to bed
• Administering medication

Blackwood are currently looking for Support Workers to join our Care Services teams to support our customers living in their own homes in the community and/or in our Care Homes. We operate care services in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, Edinburgh, Stirling, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Ayrshire and Inverclyde.
