As Community Fundraising Manager you will drive regional corporate acquisition by identifying suitable leads, carrying out thorough research, and engaging businesses through the prospecting sales journey. You will provide first-class account management and stewardship for existing partners, maximising value for both parties and supporting long-term retention. Additionally you will:
Research and unlock networks of high value donors in Scotland
Support the development and delivery of acquisition, stewardship and product strategies to maximise the funding stream’s impact on income and brand engagement
Contribute to the growth and development of the regional pipeline of partnership opportunities
Contribute to departmental income reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
To be successful you will have excellent organisation and time management skills with significant experience of corporate new business and a track-record of securing new partnerships worth over £10k. You will have experience of managing high-value corporate and individual relationships, as well as delivering an exceptional supporter experience. In addition you will have:
Experience of unlocking networks and acquiring high value individual donations
· Experience of working with Fundraising databases (preferably CARE) and pipelines
· Understanding of corporate fundraising legislation (desirable).
This role will require travel throughout Scotland, particularly the central belt. There are two roles available, one maternity cover and one permanent position.

The role involves supporting the implementation of the strategic management of retail and material aid for Mary’s Meals and to work with the retail and material team in the management of property and facilities management, logistics, development of systems and process, health and safety and administration.
The Retail Support Officer will contribute to the development of operational excellence that supports the growing awareness of the Mary’s Meals movement and building relationships and meeting expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting the implementation of the retail strategy and supporting Shop Managers/Material Aid Officer to meet their objectives, promote the Mary’s Meals movement and to build relationships with the local communities in which we serve.
· Maintain and increases our standards of customer service and increases awareness of our brand.
· Resolve day to day issues with colleagues and 3rd parties.
· Support the Shop Managers to provide the agreed level of service.
· Identify improvement in operations and evaluate implications of new opportunities.
We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to play a key role in the acquisition of new Leadership Development opportunities and to create long term, mutually beneficial relationships. The role holder will work closely with our Database Administrator and Marketing Manager to conduct detailed research and build long-term, high quality relationships with prospects, a pipeline of
opportunities and undertake due diligence. The role will provide significant input around business planning, CRM systems, KPIs and management of key stakeholders.
