Support and Development Worker

Anxiety and Depression Peer Support and Self- Management Service

We are seeking to recruit a Support and Development Worker to develop and facilitate mental health and wellbeing self- management groups within West Lothian. The post holder will also support and further develop peer support groups for those experiencing anxiety and depression, through the recruitment, training and ongoing support of peer volunteers.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a creative and innovative approach, working in partnership with others to support the mental health needs of those using the services.

If you have experience in both support and development work, promoting positive mental health and wellbeing and passionate about enabling individuals to fulfil their potential, we’d love to hear from you!
