Cyrenians is a charity working towards a society that truly values and includes all. Our Vision is of an inclusive society in which we all have the opportunities to live valued and fulfilled lives. We work to make that vision a reality through our mission to support people excluded from family, home, work or community on their life journey.

Housing First is a model of helping people who are homeless and who have multiple and enduring support needs by providing a permanent home and flexible support. Supported by the Housing First Scotland Fund, Cyrenians is leading the delivery of Edinburgh’s Housing First Programme in a consortium alongside Barony, Bethany Christian Trust, Gowrie, Rock Trust, Streetwork and Turning Point. The Consortium Manager will be employed by Cyrenians but will work on behalf of all partners in this initiative.

The post holder will coordinate activity across the consortium, liaising closely with partners within the local authority homeless services, and with housing providers to ensure that the service meets its objectives.

This exciting role will require someone who is committed to addressing homelessness through innovative practice. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders. You should also be exceptionally well organised and highly competent in the management and analysis of data, and have the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation in the work that you do.
