In 2018/19 St. Columba's Hospice saw 846 referrals to our services including 526 new patients seen by our community team and 218 seen by our Day Therapies team all of which is free at the point of need. We have an exceptional clinical environment and are committed to delivering the highest quality care to patients and support to their families. Our patients face a range of conditions, including cancer, respiratory disease, heart failure and MND. We currently have a vacancy to join our dedicated fundraising team.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Development Manager within the Fundraising Team of St Columba’s Hospice. This is a new role and we are seeking a tenacious and motivated individual who excels at relationship building and stewardship of corporate supporters.
St Columba’s Hospice aims to give everyone within our community access to specialist palliative care whoever they are, wherever they are and whenever they need it and with a philosophy of putting patients and families at the centre of everything we do.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Fundraising and wider Hospice team you will research and secure new corporate partnerships, support existing relationships, support the success of our events by seeking sponsorship and recruiting participants from companies, steward our corporate volunteer groups and make the most of networking to grow income in line with the charity’s overall strategy.
You will have experience in account management, networking and building great relationships and a passion for fundraising along with the ability to motivate others.
