Children 1st Community Fundraising Team are reaching out into communities, inspiring and engaging people and organisations to help vulnerable children. Our Community Fundraising Team are very much our ‘front of house’ team representing the wider fundraising and operation teams. This means our Community Fundraisers develop a broad knowledge of fundraising practice and enjoy working with a wide cross section of supporters, connecting them with the frontline support for children. Volunteers continue to be our bedrock. We have 32 volunteer groups across Scotland and we are actively working to grow new volunteer support.
If you are excellent at inspiring, engaging and developing lasting supportive relationships with people who want to make a real difference to the lives of children through fundraising and volunteering you will find a rewarding role awaiting you at Children 1st.
We seek an enthusiastic and driven fundraiser who is committed to Children 1st work.
This is a permanent, full time post of 35 hours per week. Hours to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the role (occasional weekends and evenings as required).
