This is an exciting opportunity be part of a team working alongside young people and their families, building strong relationships and achieving positive outcomes.

As a member of the East Renfrewshire Family Wellbeing Service, you will offer whole families space and time to tell their stories and with them agree on how we can best help. You will embrace our relational and restorative approach to practice to help families make sense of their difficulties and help life feel better. Working closely with families, colleagues and partners in the local community – relationships will be at the heart of everything you do.

We have 3 full time posts at 35 hours per week and one part time post at 17.5hrs a week – both posts will be worked flexibly to suit the needs of the service and the families. Regular evening and occasional weekend work is required as very often this is when work with young people and families is undertaken.
