We are looking for a dynamic, values-led individual who is seeking an opportunity to lead exciting grassroots community organisation in Edinburgh’s Lochend, Restalrig and Craigentinny areas.
For over 20 years The Ripple has sought to improve the life of the community it serves by helping people help themselves. Deliberately local and relationship based, The Ripple has 18 varied projects, many of which are led by some of our over 80 local volunteers.
You’ll know about nurturing people, managing resources, community organising, creative thinking and thoughtful risk-taking. You’ll communicate well, be adaptable and reflective and in everything you do, you’ll be led by your values.
