This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership for Children1st within the West of Scotland.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about doing the right thing for children with an in-depth understanding and experience of operational management of services in the field of child wellbeing and child protection. With a proven track record as a leader you will bring, service development experience and an ability to operate at a strategic level.
The post holder will drive the development and reach of our trauma sensitive supports for children, young people and families in Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and the West. Building on our existing presence in these local authorities and seeking new partnerships, the post holder will ensure that Children 1st play a key strategic role in the planning and design of service delivery ensuring a high quality and creative range of supports to best meet the needs of children. The successful candidate will work alongside our senior leaders to identify new opportunities, partnerships and innovations in line with key strategic priorities and the needs of the children and families we support.
This is a permanent, full time post of 35 hours per week.
