As Head of Services and Development you will join us at an exciting point in the organisation’s strategic direction. As an exemplar leader you will work closely with our Director of LinkLiving and provide inspiring leadership and management support to our wide range of care inspectorate-registered and non-registered services. You will combine your extensive knowledge of health, social care, community development and trauma informed practice and processes with business acumen to ensure that our services deliver effective outcomes within sound financial and regulatory frameworks which enable growth and development.

What you will need:

  • To be educated to degree level and ideally hold practice and management qualifications to meet the requirements to register as a Manager with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • A proven track record of working within the health and social care sector, ideally coupled with knowledge of fundraising, employability initiatives and volunteering.
  • Excellent ability to manage resources and performance effectively and provide strategic direction for delivery and development of services.
  • A strong moral compass and personal values which align to those of LinkLiving.

The deal.

This post is subject to Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme registration. Successful applicants will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting in post.
