MHF Scotland are looking to recruit an Research &Evaluation Manager to work as part of the Research and Learning team for See Me - Scotland’s national programme to eliminate mental health stigma and discrimination.
To lead and co-ordinate the research and learning function for the evaluation of See Me – Scotland’s national programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination with a focus on young people and education, health and social care, workplace and social movement.
Applicants should display evidence of previous experience in leading complex programme evaluations with specific skills in mixed method approaches including interviews, focus groups and surveys. Strong communications skills and an ability to present research findings to a range of audiences is also required.
