An exciting opportunity has arisen within East Dunbartonshire Voluntary Action (EDVA) for a Partnership Development Officer to work across sectors with East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and the third sector in the area.
The post-holder would encourage networking between agencies, develop and stimulate mutual understanding between sectors and provide a third sector voice in planning and strategy development.
The main objectives of the post are to:
· Support integration between the Third Sector and the HSCP
· Transform services in the area
· Ensure an active third sector role in the planning, development and delivery of services for the communities of East Dunbartonshire
This post aims to support the connections between East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and third sector organisations to enable greater collaboration between the third sector and the HSCP as well design better and more innovative commissioning approaches.
