ENABLE Scotland is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Regional Manager for the North East covering our Moray, Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire services.
You must have the passion and drive to lead the continuous improvement of the quality of the services we provide to the people we support and be responsible for the development and delivery of robust service models for adults, children and their families with particular emphasis on their wellbeing and protection.
This role is pivotal to the success of our mission and ambition to support more people with a learning disability to lead the lives of their choosing; lives that are full, meaningful and inclusive. A successful Regional Manager will lead their Services Managers to develop their teams to maintain good relationships and communications with the family and Social Care professionals involved in the lives of the people we support whilst developing effective relationships with senior commissioners.
