Project Manager

Due to internal promotion we are recruiting a suitably experienced candidate to manage the expansion of an existing, innovative, community led project designed to provide a range of services to improve wellbeing in five Orkney islands.

You will work collaboratively with Island Development Trusts to extend the remit of the current project to include all age groups with a focus on social inclusion, reducing inequalities, developing community and individual resilience and improving access to services within island localities.

You will have experience of managing projects or services, an understanding of health and wellbeing issues in remote rural, island areas, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
