Roar- Connections for Life requires an energetic, solutions focussed multitasker who works calmly and effectively under pressure to help develop and run the day to day operational activities of the organisation as we emerge from lockdown and beyond.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the management of the staff team, developing the volunteering resources and ensuring we maximise positive outcomes for all our stakeholder while achieving best value. Roar’s immense success has been based on continual innovation in combating loneliness and reducing frailty and falls in older age. Our activities are underpinned by a dynamic risk management infrastructure and quality assurance culture.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the development and maintenance of effective and efficient systems that minimise failure demand and enable the bulk of Roar’s resources to be targeted at achieving our charitable mission.
