This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR Advisor to join our well established HR team in a new role. You will be responsible for delivering a first class HR service to colleagues across the Charity, overseeing recruitment campaigns, advising on a range of people management issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and delivering in all areas of our people strategy.
CIPD qualified or working towards this, experience of directly supporting managers in a range of HR disciplines, experience of managing and developing HR systems, and the ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships based on trust and understanding are essential in this role. The successful candidate will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
