Use your skills to help Scotland’s voluntary sector tackle the climate and nature emergencies. We’re looking for a dynamic development officer to join SCVO and deliver the next phase of our popular Growing Climate Confidence project.

We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of project management, excellent communication skills and a passion for taking action on climate change. You will play a key role in our Support Services, ensuring that SCVO members and the broader third sector are able to access the training, networks and information they need to deliver environmental and net zero plans.

Inspiring Scotland is seeking an individual who is passionate and experienced in outdoor play and learning to join the Thrive Outdoors team. With great interpersonal skills, this person will be able to inspire and enthuse on the benefits on outdoor play and learning and support teams in their efforts to develop outdoor pedagogy in their setting. We are looking for an experienced Finance/Admin Officer who will have key responsibility for financial administration, including the management of the accounts for the Board of trustees, the finance required for various funding returns, the day-to-day financial management, as well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the CEO. This post will also provide monthly support and supervision sessions to a team of 2 admin assistants. This post is based within the Charities office in Edinburgh.

We facilitate creative and skills-based group, individual and community supports, tackling the impact of poverty, deprivation, inequality and stigma.

The successful applicant will be required to develop our existing resilience focussed supports and ensure effective delivery of our successful Pantry Plus and Community Fridge.

This post is on a fixed term contract for 1 year. Funding for post extension is being sought.
