Role

The Third Sector Partnership Engagement Manager will play a key role in supporting the third sector’s participation in the further development and delivery of No One Left Behind, Scotland’s transformational approach to employability provision. Providing support and capacity building for Third Sector Interfaces (or other third sector bodies who are LEP partners), the post holder will support the simplification of the employability system, in line with the ambitions of NSET Programme 5 – a Fairer and More Equal Society (FMES). The postholder will engage with key stakeholders to develop better communication and engagement between LEPs, other partners and the third sector, to help develop a person-centred employability offer that promotes fair work and sustainable employment, and helps to address poverty, particularly child poverty.
